Arrow XL

"Received a tracking code which, when clicking, said it was unrecognised. I assumed this was because it was the day before due delivery and it would update but, alas, no. It was broken all day, and when my item still hadn't arrived by 4pm I called the site I ordered from. They said they'd had an email from Arrow saying they'd not been able to scan an entire lorry's worth of goods, so would be unable to deliver today. I shouldn't have to chase the shop to know that the 3PL provider has mucked up - I should be contacted by them. Stayed in all day for no reason, and also missed the only day that I can take this particular delivery. Glitches happen, but the communication, given they knew this was the case early Saturday morning, was awful."

"Thought I'd share a good review as most of their reviews are so bad. I was really impressed with my delivery. I'm in the portsmouth area. My bed frame was delivered promptly for the time the delivery was scheduled. They called me 10 mins before arrival. When they arrived I asked them if they could put it in my hallway, which they did. They were helpful and friendly. Very happy."

"Please let them go out of business then companies dont have to use them. Purchased a large item and was given date and time of delivery. Supposedly loaded on the vehicle and on its way. Then told driver wont make it, then told delays with receiving the goods into warehouse (so hows it on your vehicle then??) Then told vehicle broke down. Arrow XL should write a book on excuses and it will surely win a Booker prize. ALAS their service wont"

"And the worlds worst delivery award goes to arrow XL. I ordered a bed being delivered from these told me to chose the date which i did twice and both times they didn't show up. Still waiting for the delivery now 3 weeks later. The customer service is shocking they couldn't care less when i was talking to them on the phone. Never use this company."

"My order was due for delivery yesterday. As it's was mentioned that someone should be at home to collect, I took my annual leave to receive the order and I was at home. Also it's mentioned in your website that we will receive a call 30 mins before our delivery but no one called me at all. The delivery man didn't knock the door at all and he dropped the arrow XL paper that we miss you through post box. The moment he drop that I heard the sound and opened the door, the delivery van was outside. I spoke to driver and he said he knocked the door for 10 mins (which he did not, I am sure as I didnt heard anything) and he cannot give me my packet. He was in front of me, taking to me and he can't deliver my packet. This was really frustrating. Now I have to wait for another one week to get my stuff. And more importantly I have to waste my another annual leave for it. Most harrasing experience dealing with Arrow XL staff."
