"My elderly Aunt and uncle went there with me too. My uncle wanted to make a will. This was the 3rd hour appointment and still nothing in writing. We were kept waiting 20 minutes after our appointment time. But the worst part was the solicitor yelling and jabbing his finger at my aunt and uncle say he would not act for thereafter the stunt you pulled at the bank yesterday.
