"We were recommended this firm for the sale of our home. On entering to try and make an appointment three female members of staff were behind reception discussing Internet shopping two in their early 20's and one a more mature lady with glasses when they realised my presence they stopped. The mature lady then abruptly said "Can I help" not even a "Hello" I explained what we were looking for when the telephone rang instead of letting one of the others answer it she looked down and took the call, I looked at the two young ladies who rolled their eyes, at this point I thought how rude and if this is the way clients or prospective clients are treated I would rather find a company who will appreciate my business and walked out, I certainly would not recommend this company and have now found another solicitors."
