BrewDog Hull

"It's nice to know that BrewDog is a pet friendly establishment. Our dog Bean was made welcome and was given some dog biscuits. The staff even took a photo and was placed on the pet board. I visited with my wife, daughter and her boyfriend. The food was amazing as were the drinks. I had the doughnut burger and it was amazing. The next time I would make it a double. I would highly recommend a visit. Can't wait until our next visit."

"My new favourite place in Hull. It's been a long time coming, and brewdog has been my favourite beer (Elvis juice) for a little longer. So great to see some familiar faces behind the bar! The beer is incredible with over 15/20 beers on tap, and even more by the bottle. Brewdogs own spirit collection is available with mixers too. The kitchen is fantastic, mashing up with a mix of 'Red's True BBQ', and the setting is comfy and warm. The outside seating area offers heaters for the classic Hull 'summers'. I already can't wait to go again!!"

"We were greeted by no members of staff on the door or the bar, had to wait to be told to sit anywhere. We tried telling them we had booked but this was ignored (not a massive deal as we still got sat down). It took over 20 minutes for the drinks order to arrive, even though at time of ordering there was only us ordering. The prices were ridiculous - £5.40 for half a pint which costs £2 in Tesco for the can. The size of your drink is dictated to you, with a few on draught but mostly selling cans and bottles for 3x supermarket price. We ordered food hoping this would save the experience, but after having to pay an additional fee for chips on top of an already steep price for a burger each, we were disgusted by the amount and size of food received. No staff were present and we were sat with dirty plates on our table for over 20 minutes. It took a considerable amount of time to flag someone down for the bill - quite easily could have left without paying if you are that way inclined. Overall completely disappointed. Wouldn't be surprised if half of these 5* reviews were from the staff! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Absolute rip off"
