"As we are new to the area we called in to have a look around and found the cattery acceptable so booked our two cats in for a week whilst we were away on holiday. Turned up unannounced one day early to pick up the cats and found a completely full litter tray and mess everywhere in their run. The cats were very nervous and jumpy and not at all settled. Not at all impressed and will not be using this cattery again."
"Went to collect my girls, didn't expect them to be fully cleaned out as it was early but didn't expect to see such a filthy litter tray, patches of vomit on the floor and diarrhoea down one cats leg. Gave them cats own food (explained when I booked that one has a sensitive tummy) and bowls-food suspiciously full on my return and bowls still in bag. Also gave stress relief tablets for them that weren't used and all round don't think they got any real attention. Also when I called to double check times before I left was told it wasn't in the diary despite having paid a deposit. Don't think I would bring them here again which is a shame as it was recommended."
