"My friend was made homeless because her social housing flat got flooded out so she was relocated temporarily to this particular Hotel. She is disabled and requires assistance.... the staff in this hotel took the most amazing care of her for over 2 months ..... because she has a heart condition they did regular room checks on her every day to make sure that she was safe. The staff here are absolutely amazing....outstanding in fact.... plus housekeeping were incredibly supportive and they even let her keep my cats in her room .... nothing was too much trouble. I have travelled worldwide and stayed in many hotels. The team in this hotel are absolutely world class and cannot be praised highly enough for their total professionalism and dedication to providing an excellent service to their guests."
"Went for training. The staff wore helpful and kind. The Coffee was surprisingly good. Great parking and easily accessible from the main road. I like doing the training from my company at this location as it is nice and friendly. Wouldn't mind spending a few nights if needed."

Will stay again because staff good, parking good and good steak house a short walk away."
