"Fantastic service. I cannot recommend them enough. You can tell Jason lovesanimals and the animals love him too. My cat is a shy cat who does not like meeting new people but within 24 hours of Jason coming to feed her she really took to him.. I was provided with daily updates pics and videos of how Pepper was doing. Jason did everything thing we asked of him and we will definitely be using Fir and Feathers in future. They went above and beyond to look after our tortoise while we were on holiday even buying a heat pad and a new lamp for the winter as well as putting plants in the enclosure to make it feel more natural. They also sent regular updates and photos so we were always reassured. The fees are very low considering the quality of care provided. 10/10 service."
