"Not happy rang for prices gave the prices to customer. Customer then rings up and charged more than the prices agreed. Ignorance by a staff member went in to purchase a trowel asked how much on a couple of occasions went to pay again price different. I asked why the difference reply vat. Well shouldn't you have said the price including the vat. Hence left and purchased else where."
