"After moving to Ballynahinch and being removed from my previous doctors i signed up with Montalto. My previous doctors (which i was with from birth) where a nightmare to get an appointment with and the receptionists where a law onto their own. Montalto is the COMPLETE opposite. The receptionists are absolutely amazing and have went the extra mile every time i have dealt with them. The doctors are lovely and stay in touch with ongoing issues. I have had recently had an ongoing issue and once i contacted the doctor i was referred and in the hospital within a week! I am so amazed at how quick they pushed me through and i am super thankful they did. The nurses are great, Ann in particular is amazing at what she does. I could not recommend this surgery enough. I also get my prescriptions quickly. Thanks to all the staff at Montalto, you all do an awesome job and i am very grateful."

"There's a few good doctors here. No trouble with parking. Might need more seating area, as some days you could be standing for ages. The receptionists like asking why you need to see a doctor but they're not supposed to do that. It's nothing to do with them. Was once refused to see a doctor, even though I was in pain and the NHS website said to see a doctor asap. She told me to go to the chemist. Another time the girl gave me a time and suggested I go down the town, I stayed and my appointment was earlier than the time given. Be wary of them."
