"When i reach out to lodge formal complaint i was told manager is on holidays, came in for 3 fillings , dentist advised it will be 2 appointments , well that was not the case when fillings were placed i was in heavy pain ( which i called reception about each day) sleepless nights took 7 visits for the fillings and still my dentist advised me SHE IS NOT CONFIDENT NOR EXPERIENCED ENOUGH TO DO A ROOT CANAL ( her words) so i have to go elsewhere even tho she done filling for that tooth . Also within those 7 visits there was not even once when i was called in to the appointment on time every single time I had to wait 10 ,15min additional time . To say this place is disaster is an understatement. I would not advise to go to this clinic as if something goes wrong they are useless all they good for is quick filling without even looking to see is this what you need . Avoid and go somewhere else were dentists are actually experienced and know what they are doing"
