"Brilliant service. Daisy on the front desk was friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered the door. We were advised that there would be a short delay in being seen, but actually, we were seen very promptly. Jess (sonographer) was great at relieving my nerves, patient, and incredibly reassuring with me. She answered all of my questions and put my mind at rest - this was particularly appreciated following a rather cold and dismissive sonographer at the NHS scan. Pictures and videos provided were of a good quality. I absolutely plan on returning should I ever require a gender scan in the future!"

"We had our second scan with Ultrasound Direct Chichester on Saturday 10th December. We first had a reassurance/early scan at beginning October with them and was very happy with the team. For our second scan Jess and Daisy were amazing and really friendly. I believe Jess was our sonographer and Daisy was at reception upstairs. We were able to bring our 2 year old son with us, which was a big thing for us as we knew he wouldn’t be able to come to the 20 week at NHS, meaning my husband couldn’t come either as we dont have family nearby to look after son for scan. We explained why it was so important to us to Jess as our son was born during covid and we weren’t able to find out gender together during first pregnancy. Jess was so understanding and easy to talk too also. Baby wasn’t in a good position, we came back after a walk and drink to see if baby would move. Unfortunately baby hadn’t but Jess said we could come back at end of day hoping baby would move. We did and found out we are having a girl. We’re over the moon! And so grateful Jess and Daisy were so patient with us and let us come back a few times. Daisy was amazing with our son and very patient as he was running round abit, she gave him colouring paper and he sat down drawing as we waited. We got a heartbeat teddy, which usually you had to pay for but there was a deal on for Christmas and we got it free. The pictures are so clear also! And love that we get digital copies too that we can share directly with family rather than taking a picture of the printouts. We are every happy with how the team treated us and we had a great experience. We will go back to them for a 4D scan in a few months time for sure! Definitely would recommend."

"I had the pleasure of attending Ultrasound Direct Chichester for a Babydate scan. The venue is absolutely immaculate and I was invited in with a lovely warm welcome. My sonographer Jess was incredible from start to end. This was my first scan seeing little one (and my first baby) and Jess' friendly and professional care made me feel calm from start to finish, in contrast to the bag of nerves that I had been in previous weeks waiting to see if baby was developing ok to this point. I was fortunate enough to see my baby who dated at just over 8 weeks, and Jess guided me through the sonogram, explaining in detail what was on the scan. I received a collection of photos in hand which were also sent to my phone immediately as was a little video clip of baby's heartbeat. I am incredibly grateful to Jess for making this experience so special and I highly recommend attending this clinic, I will definitely be coming back during my pregnancy!"
