"OK, good prices, clean & professional looking workshop but I was a bit concerned with their professionalism when I saw them drive my car up on small blocks of wood to get their jacks under. (My car hasn't been lowered, it's on the stock suspension setup) I was a bit surprised by that approach. The second time that I visited they forgot to give me back the key for the locking wheel nuts so had to drive back for it. Easy mistake, leaving it in the mechanic's pocket but again, I expected better!"
