"I had an appointment pre-booked for weeks and after my arrival today I had to wait 10 minutes to be let in and then waited a further 35 minutes until I approached the receptionist who advised me that my dentist was off sick and I would be see soon. Nobody approached me. Totally unprofessional also I had to book the day off and delayed my time to visit my Mum in her care home !!"
