"I went in with my daughter on my birthday for a lunch treat before going for cake and shopping. We ordered drinks with a panini and toastie. Drinks where made and We were directed to a table after been given a raffle ticket ( order number ) my cuppa was warm but not boiling and so i could only add a little milk or it would of been cold. When food arrived it was well presented with sides of salad,,coleslaw and tortilla chips. My daughters panini was hot and well toasted but my toastie wasn't crispy , as it was very thick bread it had toasted on the outside but inside was still like bread and the onion was still raw and cheese not melted much and lukewarm . With been in a rush we didn't bother saying anything as we didn't have time to sort it out. Might have another visit but it wasnt busy so no reason it should be cold. Maybe they should use thinner bread."
