"My teeth are straighter but my bite is terrible. Some top teeth clashing against lower teeth. Super uncomfortable After 2 years in treatment (when it was supposed to last 6 month!) and thousands of pounds, this is disappointing. I think the poor results are because you never see the same dentist twice at Sensu - the head dentist who prepares your treatment refuses to speak to you even. And scheduling appointments with them is frustrating and time-consuming. Terrible for busy people who work! Now I have to spend even more money and time to correct the damage they did. Avoid"

"The only positive experience I had with Sensu is the initial consultation. It was very thorough and professional. From this point on it was down hill. I had first proposal for the treatment plan, and the coordinator offered different types of payment. I had follow up questions that she needed to ask the management to make sure I take advantage if there is any if paying upfront. She disappeared for 8 weeks till I called Sensu to see if they decided not to carry on or what is going on. They apologised and assigned me a new coordinator who managed to get me some answers and I paid the treatment cost upfront (terrible mistake, not going to do this again, and not going to do anything with Sensu ever again). payment done, the second coordinator disappears for two weeks. Only after two weeks she comes back to me to start putting together the initial appointment without the slightest apology for the unreasonable radio silence to all my emails. I had another follow up question, that she, yet again, did not respond to for another week. At this point I knew this is not a place I want to carry on with. if from the beginning they are giving me such hard time, let alone when I am few weeks in with their no-refund policy. I started to call non-stop (with almost no response except 1 time every 20 attempt) and email them asking for a refund. They were too rude, to slow to respond, and took them over 8 weeks to give me my refund. The coordinators, and the doctor putting together the treatment plan (I had 5 calls with them to get just verbal agreement to get a refund) super rude, and never I will ever try such a place again."

"I was close to giving up on the idea of getting Invisalign after a few terrible consultations, I'm so glad I found Sensu! The free consultation is incredibly thorough with scans, x-rays, dental history and check-up. One thing that really stood out to me is how Sensu prioritise your dental health before going onto treatment. In other consultations I have felt rushed into making a decision, however at Sensu I was able to leave with a full treatment plan and a variety of options so you can choose what you feel most confident with without any pressure. Nehha, the treatment coordinator, was really supportive in helping me to get set up and was flexible around my busy schedule. "I had a very positive experience having my Invisalign treatment, with very good results. I was quite a complex case requiring several sets of refiners, so the time and effort that the team put into my treatment for a fixed price was excellent. Am very happy with how my teeth look and feel now and the after care I received has also been great. Making and changing appointments was always easy with my emails always replied to quickly and efficiently. Overall highly recommended."

"Avoid Avoid Avoid. I have had the MOST difficult experience with Sensu. Recently I have had my fixed Invisalign retainers replaced. In both instances they broke within 1 week. This is extremely painful by the way. (For some reason they said it couldn't be replaced at the same time so it was two separate appointments that I had to come in for, taking time off work both times). Not only have I had to constantly chase Sensu to fix this problem and book me other appointments, I haven't had a sincere apology once. The first time this happened it was right before my wedding day. The second time it broke within 2 days. You would think that they would make it a priority to fix the issue considering I had sharp metal wire sticking out of my mouth. I am totally appalled by this service. I definitely would not recommend it. They also forgot to send half of my 3D Invisalign scan off to be made. Which meant that when I arrived to collect them, I was told that I would need to rearrange another visit to collect them. No real explanation or apology. My employers actually don't believe that I have had to visit the dentist this many times in such a short amount of time - it's a joke."
