"Recently visited Southwest by south Barbers, to be confronted by an older fellow called Andrew, his general demeanor towards me was mean and abrupt after I asked for Tamsyn to cut my hair, Tamsyn had always been the hairdresser/barber who I have had at previous visits, Prior to Tamsyn I always asked for Roxanne who also left the shop unexpectedly - it was made clear to me that Tamsyn was no longer employed at this shop, I didn't stay for my hair cut as I found Andrew the owner to be rude and uninterested in whether i stayed or left - I feel that this shop has lost a key asset to its business and its a real shame that they have been unable to retain such amazing staff members. At my previous visits when Tamsyn cut my hair, I found her to be very easy to talk to and her professionalism was always above and beyond what i would expect in a barbers shop, I had witnessed Andrew the owner being quite loud within the shop, I also heard him being derogatory and very rude and abusive towards ethnic minorities within the local community. Because of this I will no longer use this shop in the future and I suggest anyone reading this review would do the same!!!"

"Absolutely fantastic! Took my 11yr old son there with a picture of footballer he wanted the hair of and Roxanne asked questions and looked for more pictures and then she did a stunning job! First time in years we have found this quality level of barbers."
