"Really disappointed. Went to get my eyebrows and lip waxed in September and the young lady that did it was amazing. Went back a few days ago and had a different woman do them. She was lovely and kind but waxed off the beginning portion of my eyebrows, leaving them all wonky. I know they will grow back but its just disappointing when you pay for a service that is supposed to make you feel more confident but you end up leaving feeling worse than when you went it."
