"Poor communication, poor customer service. I’ve left multiple messages (on the answering machine and with 2 different people), but never got a call back, so I had to chase them again to book an appointment, only for them to cancel it the last minute. I had really high expectations as on the initial appointment my stylist was nice and seemed reliable, but in the end I was disappointed I’m afraid. And my haircut wasn’t great: I’d say 3 out of 5. So, unfortunately, I will not be going back."

"Without doubt, Two has given me the best hair of my life. I’ve been having my cut and colour done by Marcus, Shona and the team for a good few years now and am always thrilled with the results. I have fine hair which tends to be brittle and lank but it’s never been better since they got their hands on it. Shiny, swingy and easy to maintain. Add to that the chic, jewel box of a salon and the fact that the team positively beam with friendliness and talent, it’s more than worth getting an appointment though you will have to plan ahead, they are quite righty in demand."
