After psyching myself up for half a decade I was in a place mentally to seek treatment, and it was a massive help to know there was somewhere that specialised with nervous patients and that my anxiety would not annoy people. Every member of staff here has been wonderfully professional, friendly, and patient. People are attentive to my needs without being patronising or infantalising. Dental tools are carefully hidden from my line of sight and not referred to by their (scary) names. I've had several fillings which went very well and my teeth feel strong and powerful. I can even attend on my own without my boyfriend for support. While I think I will always be anxious, I am so happy that with their help I've surmounted this personal Everest."
