"The appointment was over an hour late. In fairness the dentist apologised, as did the receptionist. I felt sorry for her as she appeared unwell and I would like to say well done. Your practice clearly needs to sort things out. You need more staff from reception to Dentists. You also state that patients are charged for being late. I think that needs to work both ways. I have no complaints about the treatment I receive; it is always good. It would just be nice if there was a much better adherence to allocated appointment times. Kind regards Kevin Fry"
"After approaching 111 regarding a dental problem, I was allocated an emergency appointment at Damira East Cowes the very next day. Upon arriving at the surgery I was asked by a very pleasant, friendly and efficient receptionist to complete various forms and then waited only a short time before being taken to the Dental Surgeon's room, whereupon an xray was taken and the prognosis was deemed to be an infection of a gum.I was given a prescription and went on my merry way. I was very impressed with the professional and courteous manner in which I was treated by the Dental Surgeon and her Assistant. The whole surgery was clean and well presented. Thank you 111 and Damira East Cowes."
"Very friendly environment and warm welcoming staff. Receptionist Charlotte, was very helpful with any queries I had, dealing with them in a professional and confident manner. When I returned for a second time, I was greeted by Michelle who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met."
"Took my SEN SENSORY daughter for her 1st dental appointment today. I was trying to stay away from needles so my daughter does not get scared.. the dental nurse told me we are not having a "debate"as I was asking them to fill my daughters cavity without referring us to the hospital to be sedated. Very rude unwelcoming. Made me feel terrible for asking them to sort my young girls teeth without the need of sedation and going to the hospital. I am her mother I know what my daughter needs! Did not give me any other options and left my childs teeth the way they were when she entered this dentist. All because the nurse did not feel comfortable to fill and clean as my daughter was scared. Waste of a journey will not be recommending this dentist at all. Also tiny waiting room crammed with at least 12 people if you are trying to social distance you won't get any space in here. crammed like sardines. no social distancing. Not Very understanding I made this dental practice aware my child has additional needs on the forms and they were nothing but rude."
