"I wanted to return 3 items that I received by hermes. I went into your Cottingham store. I didn't realise that you had to download a code for returning. The manager was really helpful, told me what Web site to go to. I filled the form on my phone but it would not accept my email which was correct as it was on the statement. After several attempts which the manager saw me do she told one of the staff to refund me to the card that I paid with. Very grateful that I did not have to go home and back again. Very good customer service and thank you to the manager and staff."
