"Absolutely awful experience. My friend ordered a birthday present for my partner in May. Item was too small so I returned for an exchange and the item still hasn't been received in July. Very hesitant to reply to messages and very unhelpful and generally uninterested. My friend asked me to ask for a refund as they said the exchange was sent out 2 weeks ago and then when asked for the tracking information they told us they couldn't provide it due to covid. Poor company and poor excuses time after time. I will not be buying from or recommending this company at all. They then proceeded to block me on Facebook, meaning I cannot leave a review or contact them on there and then they emailed my friend who placed the order to say they didn't appreciate a third party being rude to them etc etc. I have not been rude, I have always used my manners even through frustration of being ignored and lied to. Do not buy from them, save yourselves time and money!"
