"The man did not acknowledge us as we looked around the shop, as he was too busy on the phone. We decided to leave and then he finished his call. We explained clearly and specifically what we wanted. Then came all the excuses about the waiting times etc. I asked him to be more specific on them and he told us one customer had been waiting over six months. He then told us to come back when we knew exactly what we wanted, but I'd just told him. Obviously having a bad day but that is no excuse for his attitude. Customer Service was non existent."

I asked him for some help to urgently get a new fridge, and although in the end I wasn't able to use Johnstons (too complicated to explain here) he couldn't have been nicer or more courteous. He did some extensive research on my behalf, and quickly, and when I rang to apologise and say I was going to have to go elsewhere, he was so kind about it, saying not to worry and if things fell through I should come back. He even thanked me for calling him to apologise! Use this company!!"
