"Has become a defacto meeting place. Limited selection of draft beer but a great selection of everything else. Food is prepared, cooked and presented by staff that enjoy what they do and it is apparent at every stage. Limited parking but on the plus side means no car and an extended visit."

"I loved it! Lovely atmosphere, delightful sumptuous meal with elegance & flair, everything tasted so fresh and the meal was served lovely and hot! The service was impeccable, Karen went above and beyond for us. Oh my ...so glad I chose the duck with the red cabbage & fried potatoes to start & the delicious chocolate torte for afters! Compliments to the chef. It was an exquisite experience and for me is now my favourite Southsea restaurant."

"Me and 3 girlfriends had a fabulous lunch here, we had lots of starters to share and each had the steak for mains, it was all absolutely delicious. Prior to our meal we advised that I had some allergies, on arrival Karen (front of house) talked me through the menu and explained all the options and how they could accommodate me. It was brilliant service and the food and drink was incredible. We would definitely recommend!"

The team who work here are really approachable and friendly, I would highly recommended this place for friends wanting wine and nibbles, or a romantic couple after a niche 2/3course dinner with some good wine."
