"Terrible experience. Inexperienced staff with no social skills. Apprentice pierced my nostril with wrong ring I needed a flat back as I've had nose piercings and that's what works for me. They refused and proceeded to play around in my nose for 30 mins. I nearly passed out. Needless to say I lost my piercing and have to wait for it to heal before repiercing. They wouldn't even look at it. Most painful piercing ever. My partners lip bar fell out in the night"
