"Absolutely terrible, impolite, rude customer support waiting 40 minutes and after another 15 minutes for their second attempt to find the prescription. Eventually gave up walk to the surgery and get the code what the clerk was unable to find. Went back and she said it’s lunchtime we have to wait again, but I was adamant and like a miracle the script and the medicine is found. It was not the first time when they don’t find the script! Avoid this place!"
