"Good store, but very busy! There was a 20 min wait to "stuff" the bear. Staff are great and really kid friendly which is a bonus. Theres lots of "add ons" which i thought were just too expensive considering it's already £20+ for the bear itself. Kids get involved with pressing the machine /saying a wish etc."

Jane could see that he was a little fidgety in his pushchair, her gentle nature instantly calmed him, she got J involved in the process and took his attention away from the brewing upset..
