"Staff are great but nowhere near enough of them. Queues are always horrendous and usually only one person on the till. Huge patient list so instead of queuing for half an hour once my prescription has been sent over by the doctor only for them to print it off and tell me to come back in 45 minutes I now call so they print it off. Otherwise I'm queuing for ages twice. Phone service is fine."
