"Made us feel like we were an inconvenience for switching to and from blister packs as mum's brain tumour took hold. We were told that this was the last time he was prepared to make changes. The last change was to make it easier for the care staff looking after mum. Mums needs were quite simply an inconvenience and at a time when every bit of support made a real difference, and after 20 years of custom, this pharmacy fell short. I would never set foot in there again."
