"Absolutely amazing and caring staff and service. I contacted them in a panic on the first day of our narrowboat holiday close by. Our dog had developed a severe limp and I was very worried. They booked us in so quickly and without any fuss at all. The reception and vet staff were all equally as friendly and caring. The vet in particular (Emma) was fantastic. So compassionate and professional, and really got to the root of our dogs problem very quickly. We are happy to say he is greatly improved - thanks to her expertise! We really wish we lived local enough to have her as our full time vet!"
