"Unfortunately, after weeks of chasing and an initial response, there was no follow through when there was an issue with the equipment installed, we had to work directly with the manufacturer. The UV equipment manufacturer Elecro was excellent. There was a fault with the equipment, diagnosed over the phone, a replacement part was next day couriered, easily installed and the equipment works perfectly now. I should not have had to deal with this myself under a warranty period. M Pools misdiagnosed the problem suggesting both bulbs were blown. Shame M Pools could not even come to see the unit when they said they would. Warning to other prospective customers."

"We ordered a US made Cove retreat hot tub from M Pools and are absolutely over the moon with it even though took a while coming from the states, but well worth the wait! Malcolm and his team that delivered it were brilliant and very professional and they got it installed with no problems at all, they even made a concrete base for it to sit on so that it was level. I highly recommend M Pools and will definitely be using them again in the future."
