"Tom was a true gentleman. He made my partner and I feel really comfortable and there was no pressure. He came to our house and brought lots of designs and sizes to try. He shared his expertise honestly and didn't rush us at all. He was very thorough and he clearly knew what he was talking about. We wanted engravings and he gave us extra time to fully decide what we wanted. He offered us several font options and showed us how our choice of engravings would look in the different fonts. The rings arrived 6 weeks later. They were exactly what we wanted and we were chuffed to bits with them. Thank you so much Tom! We would thoroughly recommend him.
