"Completely incapable of dealing with an order for a watch strap. Nobody in the shop ever seemed to know even basic answers and had to refer them to a manager who never seemed to be present. Promises to return calls were rarely met, and then system blamed. Could not take payment over the phone but insisted on payment up front. Eventually a just gave up and tried somebody else."
