"I have carried out two shipments with Ocean International, one air (this month) and one sea (near the start of the year). The quotes offered were both very reasonable and competitive, especially considering the current shipping climate! There were no hidden fees added and the quoted prices were honoured when it came to final payment. Great communication, and a truly knowledgeable and helpful team (had contact with about 5/6 staff members in total). Despite Covid and Brexit related shipping issues, they have done a phenomenal job, allaying my concerns and dealing with my frustrations very patiently and professionally. "Very nice and honest people to deal with. James was very helpful as well as other staff. I actually got upset because of delays due the Covid19 pandemic which was not the fault of the team. It was because of port delays across all of UK and out of everyone's control. However, the whole team remained calm and was still very pleasant and helpful. I would like to apologize to the whole Ocean International Team in this review because I was getting upset with them when it wasn't their fault. The team still kept facilitating me throughout as well as sped up my delivery and kept me informed every step of the way without a single frown. Truly exceptional customer service. All this support and extra help and arrangements but they did not charge a penny above what they quoted me for which I'm grateful. And of course the prices I got from them were the best.
