"This company needs to think about the lady who is on the phone as she seems to be very unhappy doing her job and treats customers in a very nasty way. She was disgustingly rude to me and ended up shouting at me and threatening me to cancel my booking. I think nobody deserves to be treated like that and I bet there are a lot of people out there looking for a job and they are willing to treat customers much better. I can’t complain about the drivers, I spoke about this lady with one of them and he perfectly understood that what that lady is doing is definitely not right. Firstly, her tone was extremely rude since I booked the taxi on Friday 1st of October around 9:30pm Later, the taxi was 15min late so I decided to call her back, she never answered my call even when I tried twice. I borrowed my mum’s phone, called them and she answered straight away. I thought she already knew my number so she simply didn’t want to answer. Once I managed to speak to her, I kindly asked if the taxi was already on its way or if I needed to wait for a bit longer as I understand that Fridays might be busier. I was shocked when she suddenly started shouting at me saying “I DONT KNOW YOU JUST WAIT” I said to her that she didn’t have to be rude and she ended up saying “OK DO YOU WANT YOUR TAXI OR NOT??? I CAN CANCEL IT!!”"

"My 77 year old Mother In Law booked one of this companies cars to take her for her COVID19 injection. Pretty important one would imagine. The taxi she booked did not turn up. No phone call to tell her. They just left her hanging. Had to get a neighbour to take her to the doctors which put her at risk. Shocking company. Appalling customer service. Looking at the other reviews: We are not the first with these issues. This company needs to retrain on customer service and the value it has to a company."

"Had good service before - if you're passenger going from A - B most of time Taxi drivers are good and drivers are very helpful and considerate outside the taxi. Generally the standard of drivers are very good, driving safely and considerately, price is good / as same as other services. Sometimes there may be need for drivers not to be in as rush as much (all private hire car services) and to get to destination, especially in built up areas and roads are unfortunately congested at times now where there could be additional hazards and extreme peak times, e.g., school run, etc"
