"This hotel have sold their soul for cash as they are now only allowing ILLEGAL MIGRANTS - mostly young men. They are putting the British public at risk by trying to make a quick buck. Absolutely sickening. They don't deserve to have people ever walk through the door again once this quick fix is over - and it will be. They even have the migrants posting 5 star reviews that's how bad they are."

"Fantastic hotel. All rooms are nicely decorated with clean fluffy towels sheets and pillows. Room are not sound proof so you will hear people walking up and down the corridor outside and doors shutting so if you are up early ask reception for a room in a quiet area. The food is better in my opinion than other hotels within the area as it’s not just chips and salad with everything you get healthy potatoes and vegetables even though I did have a pizza one night. Information about ordering room service via email displayed inside the room is incorrect as I found out but this was quickly found out. Hotel located near but not on a main road so is easily accessible to all areas of Basingstoke and surrounding areas and London. I would highly recommend this hotel to family groups, couples, business meeting and any occasions you could think of. Thank you for making my stay pleasurable."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a quite area. The room was modern and clean, but the air conditioning did not stay on the set temperature and kept changing. The restaurant- chicken burger or the duck breast or the cheese board not so good. The morning breakfast is your standard layout."

"Could not recommending it more! We came here to spend our anniversary together. The room was spotless - especially now with the Covid-19 pandemic. All nice and clean, disinfected, sealed. Check-in was really quick, the receptionist was very friendly. Night receptionists were very friendly too. Everything I've asked for, they had available and given to me. The restaurant staff was super quick, professional and made sure we had everything we needed. Great variety of food for dinner and breakfast was exceptional as well. Anna, from breakfast, I must say, was above and beyond! Did not receive such a great service at any other hotel we stayded. The room itself was equipped with iron and ironing board, plenty of sockets (even international sockets), 40" screen TV - everything you need.Got a spacious room, with a nice view of the nature, and very quiet at night. Had a very good sleep, and a great anniversary. Thank you for such a great experience and service!"
