"Pre-paid this place October '19 for a stay in June for a family wedding. To start with the payment was taken twice. This was corrected a month later, then last week the booking was cancelled without explanation and I am still waiting for the refund, I have been advised it will be received after 7 - 12 working days!"

"Only put 1 star because they don't do minus. When I booked I received an email which said parking avabile on site which was great because of the circumstances of the trip and needed parking at the hotel . Arrived early evening bumped into receptionist leaving and was told there were no parking on site for us. She was very nice and was very apologetic but said there were no parking except in the near by ACP car park which was no use because of the circumstances of the journey to Aberdeen . We needed the car park on the hotel grounds which was stated on the email in black and white."

"Sweet lord in heaven, the people who stay in and around here ruined everything. The first night, we had the windows open and from 12-1am, a car peeled out repeatedly in the alley, people were randomly screaming, and we could not sleep unless we shut the windows, which made it so hot. The second night, some people came into the building and were screaming so loudly and banging doors, so that I thought they were trying to get in. They ended up breaking a painting off the wall and the plexiglass out of another frame. It was terrifying. The third night, nothing. It was Sunday night, so I guess all the people needed to rest from all the screaming and horrible stuff they had been doing in the days before. The apartment was ok, but the couches smelled like plastic and bacon, with a hint of ammonia. The beds are so narrow that if you pushed two together, you might have an actual single. We literally just wanted to sleep, but that area is horrifying."

"Booked a stay for 12th June. Cancelled last night after 6pm constantly tried to contact this company plus emails. Nothing. Contacted them today and was told essential work was needing carried out and this is the reason. No one has contacted me to tell me,the apartment is now sold out which means you have overbooked!! I had this booked since before christmas as we are attending a concert and 3 weeks before with no accomodation! No help or nothing. Shocking."

"Stayed here last night with 3 friends. Apartment was fabulous, and the staff were very understanding of our late arrival time! And amazing prices too, definitely will be using again!"
