"Was a great place to be when I had to be self-employed. At the time also was the only company willing to give me as a single woman, a mortgage and it was the lowest cost on the market at the time. Never had to claim sickness insurance so can't speak for that side of it. Now, though I take advantage of the health checks and other recently added benefits. The loan service is useful and very cometitive. May only criticism is the time it takes to get it organised. I have been a member for over 40 years so they must be doing something right."

"I was on sick note for 5.5 months due to my health condition. I just came back to work and I wanted to make a claim.( I wait for my payslips to show insurance how much money I loose ) .Of course, they do not want to see him because I was supposed to report it in the first 14 days from the 1st day of my sick note.Nobody informed me about it.I Loose a lot of money to private treatment,loose money at work and nobody wanna help me .Just great !!!"
