"I attended the Paddock Clinic in 2021 following total knee replacement surgery. I had high expectations, I needed the treatment to improve my strength, flexibility and balance, I had had no physio so was in a bit of a mess physically. First impressions were that the location was gorgeous, people were so friendly, and the actual facility was spotlessly clean. Towels and robes are provided, the overall impression was that of a top quality spa! During my initial assessment all the issues I felt I had were discussed in depth, and I was able to spend time in the pool doing basic exercises. Following sessions led to my expectations being met and exceeded. After two blocks of sessions I was able to bend my knee beyond 90°, I was able to walk without pain for 5km and my balance was vastly improved. Exercises are far more comfortable in water, your body is supported by the water and using a variety of aids you can push and improve as you progress. The beauty of hydrotherapy at Paddock Clinic lays in the people who run and work there. My therapist was fantastic, improving my confidence, tailoring exercises to my ability as I improved and in treating other issues with my non operated knee via physiotherapy. The Paddock Clinic is not just a centre for hydrotherapy, it is a place to heal, I was so sad to finish my sessions, luckily I have now had knee replacement surgery on my other knee so I have returned to group sessions, once again the therapy is intense, fun, and with the individual guidance of the therapist I am already seeing huge improvements in strength and flexibility. I cannot recommend this facility enough."

"I recently came for a mummy MOT with Louise, 11 weeks postpartum. She was incredibly lovely, friendly, professional and made me really feel at ease. She explained what she was doing, gained my consent with each different aspect of the appointment and explained the physiology of what has changed and why which I found really helpful. She sent me a report with exercises the same day which was great and even managed to see me sooner than originally thought. They have a baby room for a friend/family member to go into with your baby which is right next to you so they’re not too far and takes the worry of that away for you. Refreshments were offered and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend!"
