Totally misleading, you fill your details in and that's it, wait for a phone call, messages they have left me want me to call them back, when I want an online quote I expect an online quote not over the phone, or when leaving a message as I do work, give me the figure.."
"Cancelled before the end and all they were bothered about was getting the cancellation fee 3 phone calls and a letter not to mention they had 2 mths payments extra .would consider alternative company next time"
"We will never use this company again ,they took our money quickly enough but in the last couple of years we have had 3 legitimate claims 2 on a 5yr old residential park home , but According to them a cracked shower tray was wear & tear also recently a shattered window was also down to wear ,having lost my engagement and eternity ring they claimed as it was lost indoors we were not covered. So DONT expect peace of mind from this company"
