"I've used ACE Cars for several early morning journeys to Heathrow airport over the last year and always found them excellent...on time and friendly. The price is also competitive - slightly cheaper than some rivals. I'd recommend them. I've usually been able to pay by card but checking before starting gives the opportunity to stop at an ATM if needed."

"Extremely rude drivers, unprofessional drivers and dodgy business practices. On multiple occasions i've booked using their app and been given a fixed price, however several times at the end of my journey drivers have attempted to try and scam me by telling me the price is more!!! Management is just as bad and complicit. Just today they tried to charge me nearly double what i was quoted! Driver locked me in his vehicle as i refused to pay anything more then what i was originally quoted for, i felt frightened for my safety as no one should have to go through that. I was eventually let out after going back and forth with driver and management as both tried to scam me out of extra money till they realised it wouldn't work! I have the journey receipts and recorded the incident in the car and will be taking this further"

"What an absolute king. Driver #25 saved me, and was a total lad as well. I counted my recent calls, 24. 24 different taxi companies left me to walk, but Ace had my back when I needed them the most. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. 11/10, will use again."

"No taxi service is perfect. Ace Cars staff have always been honest (as far as I know!), with decent drivers and pleasant vehicles, and the only time I've ever had a problem was when the vehicle was a tad too early (and even then, the controller was trying to help me out as much as he could muster). Yes I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm."
