"Amazing experience! Whereas most taxi companies would have taken up to an hour at 3am on New Year's eve, AAA cars took only 15 minutes to pick me up. Not only that, but the driver was so friendly and talkative, making the ride home a pleasure - what a great service. If I remember correctly, my driver was called Umar, and what a great driver he was. Would recommend to everyone, best taxi service in the area."

"Great service from on the phone to the drive itself. I booked a taxi through AAA to go from Voco hotel to Reading train station after a conference on 10/11/2022 at 15:50. The booking was very easy over the phone and great service. My taxi arrived 5 minutes early and I got a text and call when arrived which was great. Was able to pay quickly and easily during the journey through the link sent by the driver so was no faff when arriving at destination. Driver even noticed I had left my phone in the car and called for me to grab it before I went into the station. Overall very attentive, easy, clean service and will be using again when I’m in the area."
"I’ve frequently been using AAA for past 2 years mostly for airport runs, enjoying premium and very clean vehicles and good service, typical for executive travel. Seems they have now sold to Spark; late every time for pick up, basic and unclean vehicles etc., even the depot asks the customer how much to charge. Time to find a new service."
