"Overall the experience was not terrible, i read some of the reviews before coming in and was very scared but i left with nails that I am happy with despite it not being exactly what I asked for. I had old acrylics removed and the gentleman did a good job of it, i then asked for a certain design which they said they could do but did it differently to the picture. £55 for the whole thing.. the nails are good but this was definitely overpriced, i payed anyway! it got a bit quiet sometimes, maybe some music would have been nice since no one really spoke to me much but on the hole if you're in a rush and need decent nails this place is fine, but for more complicated designs and a good deal maybe another place would be better :)"

"I have been to this nail shop 1 time and they done a bad job my nails even last a week one of them chipped and my friends one just fell off. My nail has been infected and is painful. When I was getting my nails done I told the lady she was being to harsh and was hurting me my mate also told them she didn’t like the shape off them and they were to chuncky she told them this but they carried on. I do not agree with the fact we have to pay before starting out r nails I will never go back there"

"I left here bleeding! Previously visited here 2 years ago with my mother in law and sister in law and had a very pleasant experience. This time around was not the case. We booked an appointment for 3 people at 2.30pm none of us were seen til 3. Customer service is extremely lacking. Place was dirty and the foot Spa did not look like it had been cleaned but we were assured it was. Guy left after putting me in the foot spa for 15/20mins to go pick up his kids which I found very unprofessional. The proceeded to file my calluses off my foot. He was very rough and rushing and cut me 3 times. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience turned into us leaving having no treatments and me bleeding. Have half a mind to sue."
