"DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY LURE YOU IN WITH FREE GIFTS BUT SAVE YOUR TIME AND ORDER FROM SKATEHUT INSTEAD This company is atrocious. The website declined my payment so I re-ordered. They then sent 2 scooters and charged me twice as the first payment had actually been taken. I have since been trapped in a horrific customer service cycle trying to return. I never complain but this is past the point of being reasonable. They even told me I couldn't speak to a manager as they have too many complaints to deal with"
"Skateboards I ordered were a great price and arrived quickly. However they had no soft packaging whatsoever. They were in a thin cardboard box. Its amazing they were not damaged during delivery. 50 pence of bubble wrap is all it needed to make this a 5 star review."
