"Bought shoes from them, only wore once, the shoe was broken, the bottom was leaking. The stuff refused return or exchange. Their excuse is because I wore them. If I don’t wear them, how do I know they are faulty? Be careful to shopping there, if you unluckily buy a faulty product from them, high chance is you never get your money back."

"I visit the this store last Sunday. Very poor manger no customer relations at all the staff member how dealt with us was rude but dose some it up if the manger like that. We took back a pair of goal gloves witch was not fit for sale. He said it was wear and tear. And would not exchange them. I took them too Salisbury sports direct lovely staff no problem with exchange did not have to show her manger will shop at Salisbury but not this store manager and staff need training on how too deal with customers thumbs up too Salisbury"
