Amy George and Louis were the only staff who looked after me the other staff do not know what they are doing about lettings they never returned phone calls and don’t seem to care. I am now a happy tenant being looked after. Stay clear of Harvey Scott."

"Renting a property through Harvey Scott was probably the worst 8 month period of my life. The property in question was full of damp and black mould that had been painted over and hidden, which I appreciate isn’t HS fault, but could of easily been picked up with a proper survey. However, the staff were getting the cleaners to do their property surveys during their final clean, which I believe was part of a fraudulent operation that lead to half the team being sacked. Corrupt staff/mouldy properties aside - the level of customer service throughout my tenure has been nothing short of terrible and I have wasted so much time and energy chasing them. Very quick to contact me to tell about a a fee they’ve forgotten to tell me about, or a bogus claim about energy bills from a difficult landlord - but never there when I’m trying to get someone to help me a with a house that was putting my young children’ health at risk or literally destroying my belongings daily with black mould! George (who is a nice man, and has been a shining light in parts) seems to be the only person working or capable of reply. When he emails to say ‘I’m on holiday but I’ll pass this to my colleague’ - you know that is the same as saying ‘you’ll have to wait until i get back’ as I’m sure the names he mentions as his cover don’t exist. Life is hard enough for tenants. Choose a different letting agent."

"Ive used this company for many years as a landlord but since half the staff were sacked for fraud the service level is appalling in 6 months ive never had a correct statement always money missing and today ive been asked to go to court because Harvey Scott failed to inform the council regarding one of my properties."

Any issues that have occurred have been dealt with in a very timely and professional manner and always to a very high standard, they obviously have an excellent maintenance team in place. All the members of staff are always professional and go the extra mile. On a personal note I would like to mention Neil Chesworth who has been exceptional in what has been sometimes more trying issues. He has resolved such matters quickly and again not wishing to repeat myself but to very high standard.
