"Arrived for appointment at 10.20 for 10.30 as per voicemail received previous day. Told appointment was 10am and couldn't be seen. Played voicemail to receptionist who said it wasn't her fault and I should have had a card. I will in future for a DIFFERENT chiropdy clinic. It's difficult having a card when you book over the phone Mrs ' not my fault ' receptionist. You don't even deserve the 1 star because of receptionist attitude!"
