"Not a single good experience with them. Phoning them for hours and when it’s your turn they hang up! How rude is that! Or it says they are closed but it’s their working hours. Anyway, had several issues. One of them a throat infection with fever for three weeks and when I finally got an answer from the doctor it said on an email “go to the pharmacy and ask for remedies for your throat “ really? Medicine is cheaper than a hospital emergency operation and the nhs is not helping to prevent worse conditions. I don’t feel safe to be honest. Second issue, I need an injection once a month and ever month it has to be me arranging the appointment with the nurse and asking them to send me the injections to the pharmacy, you can imagine already the drawbacks . It’s a total fight!!! So for this months injection, calling almost every day for 15 days was told twice to call the following week because their nurse diary was still closed. Okay. I followed instructions and phoned the following week, agenda still closed, I phoned the following week again and WAIT FOR IT ! they didn’t have any appointments available anymore for the week of my injection !!!!! It has to happen in specific days … they offered me to go to northfield… I was very disappointed and I want to put a formal complaint. I’m still looking for a solution for my injection… It’s awful the way they are organising this practise and will end up having all the staff with depression. I really want to change and go. Don’t come here !!!"
"Called GP to make appointment for Nurse for Bloodtest as GP recommended. On phone call is automat only, after 10 min, just hang up. How you want to treat someone if there is no way how to call for an appointment? Called already 7 times... always the same issue."
"Never able to get through on the phone. Receptionist is nothing but disrespectful and condescending when you eventually get through. Would be interested to know where she got her medical degree from since she seems to be able to tell you exactly what’s wrong with you. Doctors less than helpful when you do finally manage to get an appointment. Have had medical conditions ongoing for 9 months and every time just get panned off with more tablets saying let’s see how these go. Requested to see a specialist to have a endoscope done and received a letter to say it will be a video call. How will that work? Off to see a lawyer now as sick of it."
"My partner is a doctor at ARI, I work in a lab doing patient testing - I'm well aware of the struggles faced by the NHS. That being said, there's no excuse for the disarray here. We've each tried to make appointments twice in the last year for separate issues and they've been a train wreck to arrange. The EConsult seems to inevitably refer us to make an 'urgent' GP appointment, only to be re-directed to the EConsult by the recorded messages. It's impossible to get through in the morning, and as working professionals it's not realistic for us to constantly: call, listen to an automated message, press the number for appointments, be advised to call back by another recorded message, get disconnected. Again and again and again, one phone call after another. I have a repeat prescription for a very basic, over the counter medication. Denburn say it can take 2 days for the prescription to reach the pharmacy, and 2-4 days for it to be available to collect. Twice I've ordered it and it's not arrived at the pharmacy for a week. This should be a digital process, and almost automatic. Whatever they are doing just now, isn't working for them. The staff might be lovely, I have no idea, I've never spoken to them. We're moving practice to find something we can rely on. Not sure where it'll be, but it's not Denburn."
"Awful, can't get in without appointments, can't reach them on the phone to make an appointment, repeat scripts take forever to be processed and if you want to actually see a doctor? Yeah, good luck with that - zero stars should be an option."
