"Nice when you can get in to the fishing department the last few times I have been there it's been shut. Unfortunately when you do get in you have to spend ages looking at everything as the shelves are pike gear mixed up with carp and pole gear."

"Went took at insulated jackets, multiple brands and designs but only two had size L or XL. Plus all jackets were tied together with security tags, so you need a member of staff to unlock each one. Tedious."

"Ordered a tent online and received a message saying"Good news, your order is making it's way through our warehouse", Great I think the holiday is on, after a while and no news I thought I would call to find out when it may arrive only to be told the order had been canceled and a refund issued but no contact to let me know or tell me why? I checked my refund to find out it was £5 less than I paid?? Sorry I did not know I had to pay to be left hanging in the air with no information, after spending 25 minutes on the phone to their customer services I got my money back with, amazingly no apology or reason for it!!! If contact had been made I may have decided to go with another tent from them but after this experience the loyalty card I signed up for will go in the bin. GET YOUR KIT FROM SOMEWHERE THAT CARES."
