"Very bad experience. There are no 2023 fc calendars for sale (we’re now 2 weeks to Christmas) managed to speak to someone after days of trying to get through - she couldn’t tell me anything! I ordered a Xmas tree decoration, they sent the wrong one and charged £6 postage. NOT impressed!"
"Website is shocking when ordering online and when you’ve had enough and call into the fanstore to get answers they don’t have a clue what your on about still waiting for a call back two days later guess just gotta hope it turns up at some point no point paying the extra on delivery’s because it makes no difference love the club shops got no stock and website ordering needs a lots of work will never order via website again"
